Refund Policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging, to be eligible for a refund. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns will not be accepted if the return was not previously requested.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized items, and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, liquids that are flammable, or gases. If you have a question about a specific item, contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
